Performance Management

Performance Management in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa radiates from the office of the Chief Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa which is keen to introduce reforms in the government processes through innovation and e-governance that ultimately improve public service delivery, and develop tools for performance management of all tiers of the government. The government of KP spearheads several key reform initiatives that have been implemented across the province by all departments and district administrations. For the long-term sustainability of reforms, there is a need for constant re-enforcement and rigorous follow-ups. These datasets comprise Performance reports of various organizations, published by PMRU.
