District Administration Dera Ismail Khan

Dera Ismail Khan, often shortened to D. I. Khan, or simply Dera is a city and capital of Dera Ismail Khan District, located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan. It is the 37th largest city in Pakistan and the fifth largest in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by population.
